Corporate Cleaning Group Franchise Systems LLC was established in 2007 by Len Yakuber and Devin Dollar. Lifetime friends, Len and Devin became business partners in 2003 through Corporate Cleaning Group. Their combination of different skill sets, shared core beliefs and business philosophies has solidified and strengthened their partnership.
Originally, in 1993, Len Yakuber created One Source Cleaning, a Michigan full-service cleaning company. This business provided nightly cleaning services to all types of
facilities. Their processes included stripping & waxing floors, cleaning windows, tile & grout and carpet care. The company next expanded to construction and demolition project cleanups.
By 2003, as Corporate Cleaning Group's growth continued, Len decided to solely focus on nightly contracts. His goal was twofold: (1) sharpen the level of services; (2) business location expansion. To better support this endeavor, Len and Devin formed a partnership that their expertise in cleaning processes, administration, sales and marketing would maximize services and client satisfaction. With Devin located in his hometown of Kansas City, Missouri, Corporate Cleaning Group established its second site.
Shortly after initiating their Missouri location, Corporate Cleaning Group created a "niche market strategy" for providing cleaning services to church, school and medical facilities.
In 2007, Len and Devin agreed that the path to additional expansion was to franchise their successful business to others who revere quality and want to chart their own futures.
