A History You Can Be Proud Of Corporate Cleaning Group Franchise Systems, LLC was established in 2007 by Len Yakuber and Devin Dollar. Lifetime friends, Len and Devin became business partners in 2003 through Corporate Cleaning Group. Their combination of different skill sets, shared core beliefs and business philosophies has solidified and strengthened their partnership. Corporate Cleaning Group has been in business for 17 years and founded by Len Yakuber, originally under a different DBA. Len focused on designing systems and foundations that would propel Corporate Cleaning Group to be the leader in our area as well as provide business systems that would ensure future growth. By 2003, as Corporate Cleaning Group's growth continued, his goal was twofold: (1) sharpen the level of services; and (2) business location expansion. To better support this endeavor, Len and Devin formed a partnership that combined their expertise in cleaning processes, administration, sales and marketing that would maximize services and client satisfaction. With Devin located in his hometown of Kansas City, Missouri, Corporate Cleaning Group established its second site. Shortly after initiating their Missouri location, Corporate Cleaning Group created a niche market strategy for providing cleaning services to church, school and medical facilities.
